A roof that keeps leaking needs a clear answer. Get help with repairs, replacement and commercial roofing, starting with a free roof inspection.
A stain inside the house does not tell you how much roof needs replacing. Water can travel along the decking from a failed pipe boot or a roof-to-wall joint before it shows up on your ceiling. We start with the roof itself, explain the problem and help you understand the work that addresses it.
Sometimes that means a focused repair. Sometimes worn shingles, repeated leaks and damaged underlying material make replacement the sounder direction. A free roof-walk inspection gives that conversation somewhere concrete to start. Tell us where the property is and what brought the roof to your attention.

A repair makes sense when the failed part is limited and the roof around it can accept a lasting connection. A split vent boot, exposed flashing joint or a small area of wind-lifted shingles calls for a different scope from widespread brittle shingles or water-damaged decking. We check the surrounding material as well as the obvious opening.
Replacement gives access to the deck and lets the roof covering, flashing, underlayment and ventilation be addressed together. It also brings choices about material and cost. If the roof has enough useful service left for a sound repair, replacing the entire covering is not the starting answer.
Architectural asphalt shingles offer layered texture and familiar detailing. Impact-rated shingles add a tested product option, but no rating makes a roof hail-proof. Metal roofing changes the fastening, movement and flashing details, so the choice reaches beyond color.
The finished covering is only part of the price. Roof surface area, steep sections, multiple tear-off layers, difficult access and damaged decking all change the work. For an October 2026 Kansas City planning example, 2,000 square feet of roof surface with architectural shingles falls in an $8,000 to $12,000 range under the stated one-layer tear-off assumptions. Our cost tool keeps those assumptions visible.

Explore metal roofingWind can loosen shingle edges and expose fastening; hail can bruise the shingle surface or damage metal details. Marks on the ground do not settle what happened on the roof. A roof inspection checks the covering and the places where water gets through, then relates the findings to the repair or replacement decision.
If water is coming inside, call and say so. Keep people away from a sagging ceiling, wet electrical fixtures and unsafe roof access. Roof work and an insurance coverage decision are separate steps; the insurer decides what the policy covers.

A leak over an occupied room, inventory or a service area needs more than a patch selected by appearance. On low-slope roofs we look at seams, penetrations, curb flashings and drainage, and consider what is happening below the membrane. Wet insulation changes whether repair, coating or replacement is suitable.
TPO and EPDM need compatible repair details. A coating needs a sound, prepared and compatible roof to bond to. We help building owners define the roof work and coordinate access around the people and equipment below it.
Match TPO or EPDM repair methods to the existing system.
Check compatibility, moisture and roof condition before restoration.
Account for access, equipment and people beneath the work.

Start with the question that brought you to the roof: a leak, aging shingles or a change in material. A free roof walk helps put the right work around it.
